Established in 1967, Confederation College is an applied arts and technology institution, located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. The college has campuses in Dryden, Fort Frances, Greenstone, Kenora, Marathon, Sioux Lookout, Red Lake and Wawa. Confederation College is the only public college that services Northwestern Ontario. The college spread across an area of 550,000 square kilometres.
The college offers more than 65 programs in over 11 program areas and in three academic schools that includes diploma, certificate & apprenticeship programs, academic upgrading programs specialty programs for business and industry, pre-employment and skills training programs etc. Various schools at Confederation College are, School of Aviation, Engineering Technology & Trades, School of Business, Hospitality & Media Arts and School of Health & Community Services. The students at Confederation College includes a large population of both native and international students. To assist eligible students the college offers financial scholarships, bursaries, and awards.
